Ing. Adéla Karlovská, MBA, Ed.D has worked in managerial positions since 2005, where she gained experience in the areas of employee management and leadership, project management, corporate processes and finance. She has worked in international, very dynamic companies focused on the customer and results.

To deepen her professional skills, she completed retraining courses at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports as a Continuing Education Lecturer and Coach. She is a certified SCRUM Master. She has also completed other development training programs focused on management, communication and presentation skills, assertiveness, team leadership and motivation, stress management, time management, project management, agility, wellbeing, etc.

She is currently actively engaged in lecturing and organizes an accreditation course for the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports as a Coach. She works individually with clients in the form of personal consultations and coaching. In her practice, she also uses NLP (neuro linguistic programming) methods and therapeutic forms of so-called integration constellations.

She cooperates on mentoring projects in foundations, non-profit organizations, and chambers of commerce, where he also lectures. She lectures at MBA schools.
