I have been thinking about the MBA program for several years and I have been looking for a quality content offering that would fit my ideas. My long search was certainly influenced by the fact that I have been working for many years in the field of education and development of people, so I did not want to do anything just for the title itself and I was demanding when choosing. I was approached by a comprehensive offer of study topics at the Business Institute, which met what I expected. At the same time, the team of lecturers was interesting for me because I have already met some of the names in the field of HR where I have been working for many years. I was very looking forward to every lecturing meeting and I planned my work activities so that I wouldn't miss any of them. I very much appreciate the professional approach of all lecturers who have guided us in the theory of the issue and at the same time shared their experience with us. Also, the whole organization of the Business Institute was very professional and helpful. Finally, I take away not only new knowledge but also one bonus from my MBA soft skills program. Thanks to the lecturer with the recommended topic of my thesis, I managed to apply new methods of planning in practice and finally achieve a balance between my work, family and personal life. I would like to thank the Business Institute team for the opportunity to be there and I strongly recommend to all potential students.
