For the DBA at the Business Institut, I have decided to acquire new knowledge and experience in the top management career as well as arrange the overall know-how associated with recruiting, training, leading and motivating suitable candidates for this position. The professional background of the Business Institut helped me to prepare a complete training for assistants, the so-called. The Academy for Assistants to be used and evaluated in my practice.
