As a graduate of the MBA program focused on human resources management, I can unequivocally recommend the study to anyone who deals with human resources and wants to expand their knowledge and horizons. Thanks to discussions with experienced lecturers and colleagues from the field, you will obtain not only interesting information, but also valuable contacts. Another advantage is the focus on one's own practice, the possibility to analyse real situations and look for their solution within the thesis. This study completely met my expectations.
