HR Summit 2023 guided us through important and modern HR trends
On May 16, 2023, the 6th year of the HR Summit took place with the main theme: pushing the boundaries and perception of the role of HR, where we once again had the opportunity to be a proud partner of the project.

The 6th year of the human resources conference HR Summit took place again this year in Prague’s Art Nouveau Palace Hotel on May 16, 2023. This year we can also be proud of the partnership of this project. The founder of the HR Summit, Šárka Fričová, MBA, DBA, is our graduate, and thanks to this, it is a form of more personal cooperation.
This year’s HR summit was mainly about the importance of the perception of the role of HR and also about the added value it brings. Together with the speakers of the project, it was discussed how to achieve prosperity again to ensure the stabilization of the situation and the environment, which is currently constantly changing? They also dealt with the digital world and the human approach, the search for new potential and the meaning of work… that’s how the current situation could be called. Most of us have had a long period of functioning in a pandemic, from the first stage of “survival” functioning to adapting to the current situation and focusing on re-prosperity, war conflict, high inflation, etc. You could have learned more about how power is human approach remains decisive.
The winning vouchers for MBA studies are going this year to AK Cerha Hemple Kališ and Albert.
