Ing. Jana Puhalová

Jana graduated in Systems Engineering and Informatics at the Technical University of Liberec. She has worked as a systems analyst and project manager, with extensive experience in team management, personnel development and setting up business processes. She is a mentor and trainer in the field of leadership, personnel development and change management, which is also related to communication skills. She also specializes in train the trainer, which means the development of trainers / lecturers in the field of professional continuing education, and delivers lectures at professional conferences. Another big field is process optimization and LEAN in general. Her goal is to show everyone his "inner compass", his hidden potential, and thus give him self-confidence step by step. In 2011 she was awarded the Lecturer of the Year 2011 by the Association of Adult Education Institutions (AIVD).
