JUDr. Ing. Jaroslav Hostinský

He has been working as a lawyer since 1998, specializing in issues of civil law (especially property law, legal relations to real estate, corporate law, debt collection). Long-term lecturer of educational agencies. Co-author of the publication Základy obchodního práva (published by Nakladatelství Čeněk in 2009) and comments on Insolvenční zákon (published by Nakladatelství C.H.Beck in 2010).

He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, majoring in industrial economics (1987), and the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, majoring in law (1994), where he also completed a rigorous study and passed the examination (1998). From 2000 to 2007, he lectured on commercial law at the University of Economics in Prague. In addition to working at the Business Institute (since 2014), he has been working not only as a lawyer but also as an independent teacher.
