She is a long-term member of the Department of Commercial Law, Faculty of Law, Charles University. Her focus, as well as the specialization of the whole department, is very extensive. This includes teaching, e.g. establishment and formation of business corporations (domestic and multinational ones), rights and obligations of their partners, position of statutory bodies and their actions up to business obligations..
