PhDr. Lenka Kolajová

She has been working as an independent consultant, lecturer, psychologist, therapist and coach of management and social skills since 1996. She lectures on various topics such as communication skills, management skills, assertiveness, relationship strategies, leadership and motivation of people, teamwork, conflict management, defense against manipulation, stress management and relaxation techniques, business communication and negotiation skills, presentation skills, time management and others.

She works on projects and training study programs for major companies on our and foreign markets - ČEZ, MERO, Prague Airport, PRE, Zeelandie, Generali insurance company, ČPP, ... etc.

She graduated in psychology at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague. She completed a five-year psychoanalytic training at the Institute of Applied Psychoanalysis.

In 2002, she completed a lifelong education course focusing on applied social psychology. She has been continuing her education throughout her life.

She gained clinical experience as a therapist and diagnostician at the Bohnice Psychiatric Hospital in the treatment of addictions. She was a consultant and collaborator of many personnel consulting and educational companies and, among others, a personnel director in the private sector. In 2006, she published the book Team Cooperation by Grada Publishing.
