PhDr. Lenka Kolajová
Since 1996, she has been working as an independent consultant, lecturer and coach of managerial and social skills. He lectures on various topics such as communication skills, relationship strategies, leadership and motivation of people, teamwork, conflict management, defense against manipulation, stress management and relaxation techniques, business communication and relationship skills, presentation skills, time management and others.
Lenka works on projects and training study programs for major companies - Pojišťovna Generali, Tatra Banka Slovak Republic, Ikea, Baxter BioScience, Copy General, Moeller, Česká Rafinérská, Mora Top, etc. He publishes in professional journals and constantly cooperates with the Burda Media publishing house.
She studied psychology at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague. She underwent five years of psychoanalytic training at the Institute of Applied Psychoanalysis. In 2002, she completed her lifelong learning studies with a focus on applied social psychology. She gained clinical practice as a therapist and diagnostician at the Psychiatric Hospital in Bohnice in the treatment of addictions. She worked as a human resources manager in the private sector. She was a consultant and collaborator of several personnel consulting companies. In 2006, she published the book Teamwork at Grada Publishing.
