29th year of the Manager of the Year competition
On September 20, 2022, the 29th edition of the Manager of the Year competition took place in the Žofín Palace in Prague, and we, as a project partner, were there for the first time this year.
The 29th edition of Manager of the Year has its winners
On Tuesday, September 20, 2022, Prague’s Žofín Palace was the main venue for the 29th edition of the prestigious Manager of the Year competition. We are proud that for the first time, we were able to be there and be present for the presentation of individual candidates and their innovative projects, including the exciting voting for the winner of the Manager and Manageress of 2021. It is worth noting that the number of this year’s candidates was directly linked to the year of this event, it was exactly 29 of them. The committee did not have it easy at all and certainly, only one winner in its category was more than challenging.
The Manageress of the Year won the Ing. Diana Rádl Rogerová (Deloitte Advisory s.r.o.), who claimed not only the winning post of Manager of the Year 2021 but also the TOP 10 Managers of 2021 award and also won the “Visionary” category. The winner of the Manager of the Year 2021 was Bc. Jan Lát (BENEŠ and LÁT a.s.), who was also placed in the TOP 10 and became a finalist in the category “Industry and Related Fields.” Ms Marcela Augustová accompanied us in the announcement. In addition to the official program, we also had the opportunity to enjoy songs by Jan Smigmator, a swing singer who was not afraid to improvise and use the acoustics of the wonderful space, where he sang without a microphone. Part of the program was the awarding of student essays and the awarding of the category of the Czech Business Council for Sustainable Development (CBCSD), which is a subsidiary of the Czech Management Association. I enjoyed this event, and the pleasant relaxed atmosphere was complemented by a musical performance, which started with a solo dance with the Manager and Manager of the Year 2021 with representatives of the Czech Management Association (ČMA), which you can see in the photo gallery.
The prize also included vouchers for MBA studies, which went to the successful winners.
