30th year of the Czech Competition Manager of the Year
On September 20, 2023, the 30th jubilee edition of the prestigious competition Manager of the Year took place in the Empire Hall in Slovanský dom (Prague), and we, as a proud partner of the project, could not miss there again.
The 30th edition of the Manager of the Year has rearranged its winners
On Wednesday, September 20, 2023, the jubilee 30th edition of the Manager of the Year competition took place, which presented the nominated TOP managers in the Czech Republic in 2022 to the public. The winners of this nationwide competition were Lucia Urválková, CFO at UNIQA poisťovňa a.s. and Bronislav Převrátil, CEO at Chart Ferox a.s. Their leadership ability and innovative direction, as well as their desire to find new opportunities in development, were appreciated.
This prestigious competition has been organized by the Czech Management Association for three decades. The Czech Republic, is looking for the best managers, leaders and entrepreneurs who achieve above-average success in their fields, focus on the development of companies and create a unique working environment for their colleagues. As natural leaders, they can inspire others to achieve excellent results, and with their inspirational leadership, they move forward not only with the company but also with their employees by developing their skills. The main evaluation factors of the commission are:
- the manager’s background
- improvement and use of human resources
- risk management
- strategies and visions for the future
We enjoyed this event and the pleasant atmosphere was accompanied by the piano playing of the well-known music composer Karel Havlíček. Vouchers for MBA studies were part of the prize, which were proudly taken over by the winners of the competition and perfectly fit into the concept of personal growth.
