The aim of this module is to understand the importance of strategic human resources management and personnel management in the organization and to realize their connection with corporate strategy. The module provides an overview of the focus, main activities and context of company personnel management.

Annotation


Each functional organization has defined its strategic goals and strategy to achieve them. At the same time, it is necessary that the goals and strategy are considered by its employees, as well. Therefore, human resources systems and organizational structures should be managed in accordance with the company’s strategy. The purpose of company personnel management is the creation of quality and efficient staff who are identified with the company’s goals. Creating such a structure of human resources in the company is a long-term goal, which requires a joint effort of all elements of management and the use of all tools available to personnel management.
