Course Coaching Approach in Managerial and Leader Practice, June 19, 2025
On Thursday, June 19, 2025, the course Coaching Approach in Managerial and Leader Practice was held, which was conducted by lecturer Ing. Václav Szakál, PCC (ICF) at the premises of the Business Institute in Prague.
The power of the coaching approach for modern leaders!
This interactive course introduced all participants to why coaching is worthwhile and how coaching differs from mentoring or management. They learned the basic principles and key skills of a coach, such as active listening and effective questioning. Through practical training in pairs, they tried out a coaching interview themselves and gained valuable reflection for leading people. The course showed specific possibilities for using coaching in business practice, whether when conducting individual interviews, working with change, developing talents or providing feedback. At the end, they took away not only practical tips, but also recommended resources for further developing your coaching skills.
All participants received a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
