HR Summit 2024 this year was about AI and human resource management
On May 14, 2024, the 7th year of the HR Summit was held and it showed us the benefits of artificial intelligence in the field of HR management.

The 7th year of the human resources conference HR Summit took place at the Art Nouveau Palace Hotel in Prague on May 14, 2024. We became a proud partner of this project again this year. The founder of HR Summit, Šárka Fričová, MBA, DBA, is our graduate, which is why cooperation is a more personal matter. We are proud of our successful graduates.
Throughout the day, there was an opportunity to discuss, share ideas and learn the latest trends in the field of artificial intelligence and its use in HR. Trends cannot be stopped, so artificial intelligence is becoming an integral part of modern personnel management. At the summit, they dealt with all aspects of this topic, be it benefits, challenges or also ethical issues. Overall, we can conclude that participation in the HR Summit focused on artificial intelligence in human resources management brought many benefits for professional growth, development of company procedures and connection with experts in the field.
