New MBA programs

You can start online studies immediately or submit an application and start studying even during the summer vacation. We offer both programs 100% online and also in a combined form. Those who prefer personal contact, networking and discussions with lecturers and classmates will also find their way. Combined teaching starts regularly twice a year, the next cycle starts again in autumn. Both of the new programs are in the Czech language.

MBA Management in Education is intended for specialists in the field of corporate employee training, personnel specialists or state administration workers, but also for all interested parties who want to improve their work with people and increase their professional qualifications and competencies in adult education and management. The study is focused on the development of managerial skills, as well as coaching and psychological skills. Students will improve their knowledge in areas such as andragogy, knowledge management, communication and negotiation, time management or leadership and much more.

Students will learn how to effectively start a business, connecting their knowledge in the field of marketing, strategic, financial and project management with an appeal for innovative solutions. They will also draw up a business plan and strategy for successful HR management, connection with marketing and PR and set the right work-life balance.
