Lecturer’s meeting of the MBA program Management and Organization

PeadDr. Ing. Kateřina Bočková, Ph.D., MBA introduced students to the basic principles, tasks, tools and methods of project management by global trends in the modern project management concept. Students learned to "think in terms of projects", and to acquire practical applications in solving simple examples and simulations.
