Legal Obligations

The aim of the module is to provide a basic insight into the issue of business obligations. The main focus is the general part of the commitment relationship, which includes a general definition applicable to most trade-related relationships. Emphasis is placed primarily on the emergence and extinction of commercial obligations, and securing and limitation of rights from commercial obligations.
